Is your whole kitchen gluten-free?

No. Dishes containing gluten are prepared in the same kitchen. That is why gluten-free orders get a separate counter, separate equipment and separate oil, and why every one of them is announced to the kitchen. We share the protocol exactly as it is so you can make your own decision.

Do you share the wood-fired oven with dishes containing gluten?

Yes, the oven is shared. Gluten-free dishes go in on a separate tray, though, and never touch the oven stone directly.

What should I say when I order?

Say clearly that you have coeliac disease, or that you want your order gluten-free. Without that the order follows the normal flow; with it, the kitchen is told separately.

What do staff do differently for a gluten-free order?

They change gloves, work at the separate counter and use the separate equipment. Our chefs are trained for this.

Do you have gluten-free pizza and bread?

Yes. Our pizzas are made with gluten-free dough, and dishes served with bread, such as kebab and İskender, come with gluten-free bread.

Yes. Our potatoes are fried in oil kept separate from anything containing gluten.

Does the same protocol apply to takeaway and delivery?

Yes. There is no difference between dine-in and takeaway — just add the coeliac note to your order.

Do I need to give you notice in advance?

It is not required, but a call ahead during busy hours helps the kitchen and shortens your wait.
